XOCO started with a simple frustration: every hot chocolate on the shelf tasted like sweetened dust, and every gift under ₹500 felt like an afterthought. So we made one thing properly — a sachet of real cocoa that turns a mug of hot milk into something worth sitting down for.
We spent a long winter blending, tasting and throwing out batches until one landed: deep, slightly bitter, rounded with just enough sugar to keep it comfortable. It is the mug we wanted at 4pm on a difficult Tuesday, and the one we wanted to post to a friend who was having a worse Tuesday.
The designs came next. Each sachet says something out loud that most of us mumble — a rough day acknowledged, a first day cheered, a sibling teased. That's why people buy packs of ten and hand them out one at a time rather than drinking them all themselves. Mostly.
We're a small team in Bengaluru. We blend in small batches, pack by hand, and read every note that goes out with a gift. If something isn't right, write to us and a person — not a form — will reply.
Cocoa solids first, sugar second. No hydrogenated fats, no filler creamer, no chalky aftertaste. If it wouldn't pass in a café, it doesn't go in a sachet.
Tear, pour into hot milk, stir. That's the whole method. It dissolves cleanly — no clumps at the bottom, no whisk required.
Every sachet carries a line: Rough Day?, Thought Of You, You're Sweeter, Here's To, First Day!, It Only Gets Better. Pick the one that fits the person.
Orders placed before the evening cut-off leave our Bengaluru studio the next working day, with tracking, anywhere in India.
